Super 8 High Level AB

We stayed on May 28/26 and would come back. Check-in was very easy, the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful and knew their stuff. Breakfast matched the description and had a very good selection.

The staff were so friendly, even wishing me a happy new year and making me smile when I stayed over NYE and new years. I spent two nights here with my family, and we all enjoyed it. It’s kid friendly, the breakfast was yummy and kept clean, and there are playpens or cribs available if you ask. We swam both days and had fun, the kids and me. The pool is open until 10 pm, and there’s a hot tub too. They conserve energy, so if the slide looks off, call the front desk on the phone by the door and ask them to turn it on. I couldn’t get the treadmill working, but everything else was great. There’s no dairy-free creamer, just regular cream. You can ask housekeeping or the front desk for the same coffee whitener that’s in the rooms. Econo lodge has Delight, which is dairy-free. Super 8 is next to Boston Pizza, one of my favourite places to eat in the city. I like being able to swim, call in a pizza for pickup, then eat it back in the room. I’d definitely stay here again.

The rooms were quiet, there’s a vending machine on each floor, and breakfast every morning was amazing. We had a bit of a mix-up about the bookings and how long we were staying, but Justine at the front desk helped sort it out. The hot tub was great too. I highly recommend this hotel for business.

The pool and hot tub were refreshing, and having a slide was a bonus. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and there was a decent breakfast. All the staff were extremely friendly.
