The rooms were clean, the bed was comfortable, and it's pet friendly. Staff were friendly and helpful. You can't beat the price, and I'd definitely stay here again.

I booked a room at the Raven Motor Inn for one of my employees, and the experience was appalling. The room was filthy beyond words, with mildew, buildup, and dead bugs. When I contacted the motel to raise these serious issues, the owner was incredibly rude, hung up on me multiple times, and dismissed our legitimate concerns. There was no apology or solution. They made clear they had no interest in customer service or basic professionalism. It honestly seems like they don't want to be in business. I was a supervisor trying to advocate for my employee, and the way I was spoken to was unacceptable. The room was abysmal and management was even worse. I'd strongly advise businesses and individuals to stay far away. It isn't worth the risk.

The service was the best, the rooms were the cleanest, and the location was perfect. Definitely recommend staying at this motel!

The biggest problem was the AC. During a heat wave when the day's low was around 33 degrees, the units only blew lukewarm air at best. The room wasn't especially clean either: there were dead bugs and dirt specks in the tub that I had to rinse out. The doors were filthy and the radiators were falling apart, though I could get past those things. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and showed no signs of bedbugs. The location is decent, beside a grocery store, a few pubs, and fast food. The guy running the business is a gem, kind and helpful. It's definitely a place to sleep, but could use updates, mainly to the AC. For the love of God, fix it.
