We’ve just come back from our three-night stay at Echo Woods B & B, and our earlier review still holds. We wouldn’t change a thing. Darleen and her husband Bob were wonderful hosts, and every detail felt impeccable, from their lovely home and comfortable, beautifully furnished room to the welcoming shared lounges. The guest areas were the nicest we’ve seen at any B & B, and they’ve set a new standard for comfort. And the food! The gourmet breakfasts were outstanding. We’ve never eaten so well, and the food was good enough that we had to ask for recipes. We’d recommend Echo Woods to family and friends without hesitation. We were already telling friends about it before we left, and we’re looking forward to going back.

The breakfasts were high-end restaurant quality, made and served with so much care. Darleen is clearly a skilled chef, and you can see it in her collection of cookbooks. Bob greeted us warmly at the door, then showed us around his and Darlene’s beautiful Muskoka home, including the Muskoka room. We had a heavenly stay. Ali and Andy

We’ve stayed at Echo Woods four times and plan to keep coming back. It’s a real gem in Huntsville, with a great location near Huntsville, Algonquin, Arrowhead and more. Darlene and Bob are attentive, welcoming hosts, and breakfast is amazing. The rooms and shared spaces are clean, beautifully decorated and well maintained, with lots of room to sit and relax before or after breakfast, or during the day. Everything about the place has been wonderful for us.

The house is thoughtfully furnished and renovated, with lovely attention to detail. Our hosts were friendly and made a real effort to make the stay pleasant. Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had, and we enjoyed chatting with them and the other guests around the table. We spent a couple of nights at Echo Woods and have nothing to complain about. I’d recommend it without hesitation.

Breakfast gave us a chance to have some meaningful, memorable chats with the other guests, and we loved that. Darlene and Bob were warm, friendly hosts. The food was outstanding, and the space was impeccable, with something lovely in every nook and corner of Echo Woods B&B. We had a relaxed, stress-free stay and would highly recommend it for a visit to Huntsville.
