People around Kaslo were so welcoming and friendly, and we had a lovely stay at the Kaslo Hotel. Our room had a balcony overlooking the lake, plus plenty of space and a beautiful bathroom. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the restaurant had a nice menu. All in all, a lovely place. We'll definitely be back.

We'd happily stay here again in a heartbeat. The room was spacious, with a big balcony, a very comfortable bed, and everything we needed. The staff were polite and friendly. They'd renovated the place with guests' comfort in mind, and upgraded us at no extra charge before we arrived because of an issue with our room.

Frank made us feel right at home and was very accommodating. They even had a bed and food bowls ready for our dog. The hotel is beautiful and the service was great. Kaslo in general was 10/10 too. Can't wait to come back.

We arrived late, so waking up to the lake and snow-covered mountains was an incredible surprise. This heritage hotel feels cozy and special, with plenty of history, but it was clean and fresh, without any old smells. The restaurant service was really slow, though. It felt like they were short-staffed.

The staff were excellent, the beds were really comfortable, and the hot tub was grand. In summer, the patio seating is perfect, and in winter it's handy to have a good restaurant on the main floor. Our second-floor lakeside room was well worth the price for that view.
