We love staying at Fairways B&b, and this was our second summer in a row. Al & Linda are such welcoming hosts, and their beautiful home feels like a place where you can have fun in the kitchen instead of feeling like strangers. The rooms are cozy and very clean, with comfortable beds. From the window, the view is lovely and green, with Black Mountain golf course just below and the mountains right there. The food is great, too. Al & Linda are accommodating about food restrictions and allergies, and breakfast is always on par. I'd recommend this beautiful bed and breakfast to anyone.

The hot tub overlooking the golf course and mountains is amazing, and the views are pretty cool. The B&B is about 15 minutes up black mountain, while still being right by Kelowna's amenities. Al and Linda made me feel like family from the first day, while also respecting our privacy. The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was beautifully prepared around our dietary needs. They're amazing hosts, and we'll stay again.

We were lucky to have the basement to ourselves, though it didn't feel like a basement. The bedrooms felt luxurious, the bathroom toiletries were all supplied, and even the baby mini golf made the trip special. There's a bar where you can bring your own booze and keep it cold while you hit the links right out the back door. Breakfast is cooked fresh in house and is a fantastic spread. In summer, there's fresh fruit from the orchard. The place is gorgeous, and Linda & Al are so welcoming it feels like home.

The views and hot tub were amazing, and breakfast was to die for. The hosts were fabulous. One of the best B&Bs we've visited.

The place looked nice, but nobody was there when I arrived for check-in, and nobody answered the phone either. I had to go somewhere else to book.
