The rooms were spacious, spotless, and comfortable, and the staff were kindhearted, professional, and always ready to help. The location was perfect, with nearby attractions easy to reach. We had a relaxing, enjoyable stay and would happily come back and recommend it to friends and family. There are lots of amenities, including a gym, pool, and hot tub, and we had an amazing experience. Breakfast was fresh, with plenty of options like sauces, eggs, and hash browns. We stayed there for five, and the food was fresh every time. Everything was neat and clean.

The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, helpful, and empathetic. We stayed at the Park Inn in Kelowna for 3 1/2 weeks while attending appointments at Kelowna General Hospital, and it was a perfect choice. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the hospital. Our room was spacious, spotless, quiet, and had very comfortable beds. The complimentary hot breakfast and coffee were a lifesaver on busy mornings. Having a decent size fridge, stove, and microwave was a big plus and saved us a lot. We highly recommend it for a convenient, comfortable, supportive stay, and will definitely come back.

The winter rate was very reasonable, and the room was nice. The staff worked hard and were kind, friendly, and helpful throughout my week-long stay. Other hotels in the same price range were MUCH older.

It’s a really nice, clean hotel with great service. There’s enough parking, and complimentary breakfast is always a plus. It’s right off Highway 97, so you may hear road noise. I’m a light sleeper, so I requested a room on the opposite side and got upgraded. It made a huge difference.

The room was clean and the service was great. I took off two stars because we were told our pre-booking included a king size bed and a tub in the room, but there was no tub when we arrived. The front desk was confused, though apologetic. When pre-booking, I’d make sure to get the name of whoever takes the booking, so management can sort it out with that person if this happens again.
