I came in January to visit family in the hospital. It was a cold 16min walk to get there, but the welcoming staff in the warm lobby made the stay better. My room was clean, a decent size, recently renovated, and faced northwest. I could barely hear the highway traffic. I'd recommend it and come back. Thank you :)

There's plenty to do within walking distance, with two restaurants on site, a park across the street, and the lake just a block away. Park the car and enjoy town. It's a beautiful hotel with all the amenities.

I was here for medical reasons and expected a quiet, comfortable stay. Instead, the place felt neglected and depressing, from the hallways to the room, and the cleanliness was nowhere near acceptable. The front desk staff weren't welcoming or helpful. They also charged extra for parking without telling guests, even though most nearby hotels include it. Housekeeping sang and made noise from 7 AM, so resting was impossible. The bed was old, uncomfortable, and noisy, and the bathroom was cramped and inconvenient. The toilet was so small it seemed made for children. These conditions and services don't meet basic standards for medical travel. I wouldn't recommend it, and I think it should be removed from medical-travel support programs because it doesn't provide adequate comfort or care.

It's clean, quiet, and friendly here, and I love it. The hot tub jets are nice, too. Breakfast has a nice 25 percent off offer. The TV remote is crummy, though, probably the worst ever to navigate.
