The desk agent did her best to help, but the room made for a very uncomfortable night. It was on the third floor with no working elevator, there was no A/C in 30-degree heat, the windows were sealed, and there was no hot water.

With the hotel under renovation, not having a reception desk was inconvenient. Someone who didn't say whether they were a guest or staff nearly turned me away. Adil, though, was very responsive and did everything he could to make the stay pleasant.

I wasted my time and money here, and the photos shown on Google weren't original. The place smelled bad, including the room. I couldn't sleep on the hard mattress, and there were mosquitoes. The shower had no hot water, so I had to wash with cold water, and the A/C made so much noise it kept me awake. There was no bathroom exhaust fan either. This ruined my trip, and it's the first time I've written a bad review. Don't choose it just to save a little money. I think spending an extra $50-60 for a good room at a good hotel would be better.

For two nights, the website price was over $300, and it didn't feel worth what we paid. The elevator was broken and being repaired, so we had to walk up to the third floor. The only facilities were a microwave, coffee machine and small refrigerator. Air came in from outside around the A/C, which seemed to be coming out of the wall, so we had to stuff paper into the gap to keep the cold out of the bedroom. The hot water wasn't hot when we showered in the morning. I know the hotel is being renovated, but if it's not ready, it probably shouldn't be open for bookings.
