Arthur and his wife made our stay great. We had lovely chats with them about history. The rooms and location were fantastic, and breakfast was okay, though not amazing. It was a delightful experience, just a bit pricey compared with other hotels in the region.

The rooms and breakfast-in-bed service were such a hit with our guests, and the food and drinks were incredible. The ceremony space looked beautiful, and the dining room and front entrance were set up perfectly. It felt like one big, joyful sleepover, exactly what I’d hoped for. We recently held our wedding ceremony and reception at the Frontenac Club, and I can’t thank everyone enough for all the work through the weekend and beforehand. They were flexible with last-minute changes and made the planning process so easy. I’m also thrilled with the vendor recommendations. The officiant, DJ and baker were fantastic. Special thanks to Arthur, the coolest and most personable person, whose energy made the weekend even more special. Thank you for making it unforgettable!

At five in the morning, after a family emergency, I was looking for somewhere to rest. Mitch did everything he could to get us a room right away. From the moment we arrived, it all felt personal. The staff, especially Krissy, were warm and genuinely helpful. The rooms were beautifully designed, incredible, fresh and clean, and breakfast was delicious and fresh. You feel like you belong there. Sean is a wonderful host and owner, humble and kind, with a deep authenticity. He truly wants you to relax and feel special. The place has charm and comfort, a luxurious feel, and top-notch hospitality without that big-hotel atmosphere. It’s about as close to home as you can get, and it’ll be hard to leave. When you meet Arthur, you’ll want to stay for a long chat. Highly recommend it.

The Backstage suite was on the main floor near the restaurant, with a fun LP and music theme and all the right amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was clean, and drinks were brought up by an amazing bartender. There’s a rooftop lookout and candy bar, plus a perfect downtown location with parking right outside. The food and cocktails were exquisite, and service was impeccable, friendly and professional. The building has some history, including a bank vault off the bar. There are lots of steps since it used to be a bank. It’s not as soundproof as a chain hotel, so we heard people talking in the halls, a shower running upstairs, and a bath draining. That wasn’t an issue for us. A delight from start to finish, 11/10 and worth every cent.

The Frontenac Club has become a second home for our whole family. We had our engagement party here in 2022, and we’ll keep sending people we know because whoever you are, they make you feel like part of the family. Arthur, you have a special place in our hearts. Thank you for all the hard work you and the whole team put in. Sarah, Sean and Kaylee, you’re some of the people we adore and appreciate too. Thanks for welcoming us into your family.
