It was clean, and free parking was a plus. The location worked well for our hockey tournament, just three minutes away, though otherwise it felt pretty remote. The rooms looked bigger in photos than in person and had a closet-like furniture piece instead of a built-in closet. Several room features were odd. The rooms were cold, and the heat seemed to reset itself to 20 after a few hours. The light above the bed had to be on for the outlets to charge a phone. The bathroom light went out and needed a hand wave to switch back on, and at night the motion sensor brought on a bright light we couldn’t disable. The front desk team had too much to juggle, with the phones, guests needing help with heat, the convenience store, and check-ins, so the wait was long. Hockey teams should know parents are required to sign a waiver that wasn’t mentioned ahead of time in the group-rate booking. Breakfast was okay, but the pancake machine was broken both mornings.

The staff were really friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was a bit cold in the room and bathroom, though. Maybe the heating isn’t set right, or maybe they’re saving energy. I’ll come back in summer for sure. Keep it up, guys.

We were there for one night in July 2025 and had a superb stay. Check-in was easy, parking plentiful, and the room was clean. The pool was nice and breakfast was good. The area seemed safe, with Downtown Brockville about a 10-minute drive away. We’d stay here again when we’re back.

Five stars. The room was comfortable, clean, and tidy, and everyone on staff was friendly and caring. Vicky, Suki, and Megan did a great job at breakfast making sure guests were happy. The front desk attendants were helpful and welcoming too. Thumbs up!

We had to stay longer than planned because our car broke down, and the team made a rough situation easier. Every staff member was so kind and really went out of their way to help. The hotel is well kept, and having breakfast included was an added bonus. Thanks for everything.
