Quality Inn & Suites

The air conditioning kept the room cool without making much noise, and the bed and pillows were genuinely comfortable. The bathroom was fresh and tidy, with no strange smell or mildew. The whole place was spotless, not a speck of dust anywhere. I was really impressed during my night driving through Ontario. For a simple, clean, comfortable place to crash without hassle, I'd definitely stay again.

The rooms were extremely dry, which was my one real complaint. We brought a small humidifier, or you could leave an ice bucket full of water on the bedside table. That made a big difference for our family. Still, the hotel was close to all amenities with the highway right there, and you can't beat the value. I'd stay again. Our whole hockey team and their families fit in comfortably. Christopher at the front desk was incredibly kind and made sure our group always had somewhere to sit and hang out in the lobby after dinner. It kept the kids in one area while parents could enjoy the lobby rather than gathering in a hallway. Breakfast was OK, and we appreciated them opening half an hour early one day so we could leave by 6:15 AM for a game an hour away.

When I checked in, I looked for bed bugs and didn't see any. But in the morning, one was crawling on the bed. I complained at the front desk and got a new room, where I checked again because I was afraid there might be another. Sure enough, there was one. I went back to the desk, got another room, and thankfully found no bed bugs there. Rooms: 1 star Service: 1 star Location: 2 stars

We stayed one night with our dog, and the hotel is pet friendly. Jessica at the front desk was very sweet and welcoming. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We were on the ground floor, though, and could hear a periodic noise from upstairs, like someone knocking on the floor. I'm not really sure what it was.
