It was surprisingly quiet despite being on Princess Street, and only a few minutes’ drive from the waterfront, downtown, and attractions. I liked being able to step outside my room and put luggage straight into the car. Everything was very clean, including the room, bathroom, and sheets, and the bed and pillows were comfortable and fresh. I’ll stay here again when I’m back in Kingston.

The room, bathroom, bed, and everything else were clean, and I liked the smell. The curtains were just right for the sunlight coming in. The place is really nice and only a minute away from my partner. I loved staying at this motel for the weekend.

The owner gets into everyone’s business and tries to tell guests they can’t have company. He’s running a business, not a control camp! The rooms look old and worn, and they have bed bugs and cockroaches. Yuck!

For a short visit and one night, this place was comfortable enough and reasonably priced. The room and TV were good, the washroom was clean, and the mattress and blanket didn’t smell. The room was odor free, everything was perfect. A four star, two star Motel. Liked it. Thanks again, and I hope to see you again.

We had a good stay here, and parking was right in front of our room. The room was clean, with newer flooring and older furniture that was still in good shape. The TV, fridge, and microwave all worked, and the firm bed was fine. The bathroom was clean and came with towels, soap, and the basics. It was half the price of some other hotels, so I’d recommend it if you’re trying to save a few dollars. We did wake a few times to a vehicle starting and could hear people talking outside.
