They charged us $30 after we left for a pillow that was supposedly missing, though it had never been there in the first place. We called, but they said their policy meant they couldn't refund us. We were told king beds should have four pillows and queen beds three. Ours was a king, but there were three pillows when we first entered the room. We even remember trying to decide who'd get the third one. Other than this, the hotel was quiet and clean, and a great stay. Make sure to count your pillows.

The owners were absolutely fantastic and went above and beyond when a family member was in hospital at the end of life. They held a room for us for 9 days straight and treated us with real compassion and accommodation. We felt they understood what we were facing. The hotel is clean, well located, and has easy parking. I'd recommend it 100%.

On my way to nova Scotia, I found the clean, pleasant, quiet room I needed, with a friendly check-in and the online price honored. The hotel was under construction, which is the only reason for my 4 out of 5. It had nothing to do with the service or room. As a traveler, a nice bed and room were all I needed. I'll stay here on the return trip.
