Adams Golden Acres Motel

We'd been cycling all day and were glad to find drinks for sale when we arrived, without being charged a fortune. The rooms were spacious and very clean. They're dated, sure, but that didn't bother us. It's a lovely little motel run by a lovely elderly couple, and I'd gladly stay again when passing through.

The owners are kind and accommodating, and staying here always feels like coming home. I enjoyed my visit, thank you!

The kitchenette windows looked out over fields of peas stretching as far as I could see, and it was wonderfully quiet there. The place is far enough from things to be peaceful, yet close to basic amenities. I was happy from arrival to departure. The price first caught my attention, but the owners, staff, rooms, and view made the stay. This family business has been around for many decades, and they're rightly proud of that. My room was very clean and well kept, with modern touches like a walk-in shower and plenty of hot water. The air conditioning was powerful but quiet. The internet was as good as, or better than, some Marriott's I've stayed at.

The rooms were spotless, well maintained, and had everything I needed, including a full kitchen. The service was top-notch, and the staff made me feel at home. A fantastic place for a work trip or a relaxing stay. I'd definitely recommend it.
