Rebecca at reception was kind and helpful, including helping me with a frozen dinner. I really appreciated the excellent customer service. The whole staff was helpful, and thanks as well to Mr. Sabri and the Hotel Manager for checking that the freezer section of my room fridge was working. Great work, everyone, and thanks for making my stay comfortable.

The breakfast was fine, though the selection was a little limited. They also provide free Wi-Fi and parking. My room at Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Kitimat was clean, modern, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed. Staff made check-in and checkout easy with their friendly help. It's a solid, convenient place to stay if you want a comfortable, clean hotel in Kitimat.

I always enjoy coming to beautiful Kitimat. This hotel is quiet and clean, with large, clean rooms. We stayed in the business sweet with a kitchenette, and they had a nice pack and play for the baby. It's pet friendly, and the gym is nice. The continental breakfast was decent, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful.
