A newer-feeling hotel right in central Kitimat, with huge, clean, comfortable rooms. The lobby's complimentary muffins and coffee/cocoa machine were great, and the staff were always friendly and kind. This is where I'll stay whenever I'm back in Kitimat.

We were in Kitimat for a wedding and would stay here again. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had strong water pressure. Amanda and Montana gave great customer service, and the Chalet Restaurant across the street had a good breakie.

The night auditor had left a welcome note in my room, a nice little touch. This newer hotel is right in the center of town, with a great location and friendly staff. I'll definitely stay there again. Thanks!

12/10 stay. The rooms were the cleanest I've seen, and the staff were easily the friendliest. You can tell everyone takes real pride in their role and puts care into what they do.

The front desk staff were courteous and professional, and the rooms are really good. The soundproofing is amazing, you can't hear a thing.
