We arrived to find the door locked and no reception. I called Ms. Josée, the owner, several times, but she never called back. After an hour waiting on the sidewalk, we had to give up on the apartment we'd booked on Booking.com a few weeks earlier. Ms. Josée had my cell number and could have reached me anytime. Don't book here! And in response to the owner's comment: Yes, I'm intelligent. She never told me anything about a key, and there's no mailbox at 349 St-Joseph Street in La Tuque.
