Akash was so friendly and helpful when I called about my son’s jacket and license, which we’d left behind during a rushed checkout. I live in Markham, and he helped arrange for someone coming this way to bring them over. I’d been waiting for the license and thought the jacket was gone, but he found both. We stayed Friday night, and my son had a game Saturday morning. I really appreciate the help. They have great service, and I strongly recommend booking here if you’re in the area.

The hotel is very close to town, and breakfast had a satisfactory selection. Check-in was efficient, professional, and friendly. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the Wi-Fi worked well. The mat by the door for boots was especially useful in the snow. One concern: the shower floor felt loose, as if there was water underneath the tub, so I had to be careful not to slip.

The price was great, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. I had a comfortable stay in February’26, and they even made an omelette to accommodate my gluten-free option. Just great guys!

Traveling with a pet? I’d highly recommend this location. The staff were caring and amazing, and the beds and towels were clean. There was plenty of hot water, and breakfast was good too. They made Pembroke a great place to visit. Excellent stay, A+++ I’d give it more stars if I could.
4/10
I paid 210 all in for a midweek room after driving all day, and it was such a letdown. Room 210 was nowhere near the standard I expected, and the hallway was full of garbage. For that amount, I thought I’d get something better. This felt like an 80-dollar-a-night room at best. I’m not sure how this place got its reviews. Be careful if you stay here, and don’t take the early check-in, it seems to trap you. So disappointed.
