The rooms themselves were nice and clean, and fairly spacious, but the rest felt off. I agreed to daily cleaning, yet the first day nobody cleaned and they said I'd refused. On the second day they only changed towels and said I'd asked for a partial clean. The towels weren't white, and I'm not sure where they came from; they didn't refill the tissues either. The pillows were too soft and flat. Breakfast, which was included, was disgusting: just cereal, bread, and dry cheese, and the area was a mess.

The decor was nice, but the room lighting was so bad I couldn't properly see to put on makeup. After a nine hour drive I wanted to relax, but there was no room service. I had to go downstairs for an 8 oz glass of very cheap white wine, served by a woman wearing a hijab, and it cost $25 with the tip. They call this a pure Quebecois hotel, lol. We paid over $400 for a two room suite. What a waste of money. I've learned the negative reviews were right.

Within an hour of arriving, my family had already been moved twice, yet they charged me $800. My family had driven a long way from Toronto, and we just wanted to rest. The first room was too small, so I paid extra for a suite for my pregnant wife and our two year old son. In the suite, our feet got wet from a shower leak even though we hadn't used it. Management said the room hadn't been rented for four days. We had paid extra for the upgrade, and now there was an obvious leak needing repair, but we didn't want maintenance coming in and out. They moved us again to a lower floor room with fewer amenities, for the same upgraded price. We then tried to relax by going swimming, but the thermostat was broken. The front desk said they could control the heat from there and told us to call down. I'm ashamed of how they handled everything. When I asked supervisor Audrey St-germain to approve a refund so we could move to another hotel, she laughed at our troubles and smirked, as if she knew I was stuck with her decision. Hotel times should be ashamed. Audrey St-Germain is a terrible supervisor who uses her position to avoid helping guests. I'm disgusted. Stay away and go somewhere else.

I'm so disappointed with this hotel. I emailed them repeatedly at the correct address and called many times to arrange a block of rooms for my wedding, but nobody replied to the emails. Whenever I called, I was told the manager was unavailable or in a meeting. I asked them to leave a note for the manager to call me, but nobody did. Today, she asked for my email, said, "We will check it," and ended the call without even saying goodbye. The service has been awful.

The entrance was the only fancy thing. I paid $500 and it was absolutely not worth it. My kids and I were there for a game, and I booked the best room. The first room had a dirty bed. In the second, the king bed had only a sheet over the mattress and a comforter, alongside a queen bed. Someone had apparently spit on the window. I saw the maid in the hallway and said something, but of course she only spoke French. There were three of us, so I asked for extra towels, and they were brown. I saw the same kind being used against the window for cleaning. Breakfast was an insult, Motel Six had better. The pool was closed even though it was supposed to be open. I could go on. I hate leaving a bad review, but this place was overpriced and sad.
