Comfort Inn & Suites

Emma’s friendly, excellent customer service really made my trip. She’s such a kind person and a great addition to the team here. We were lucky to stay three nights at Comfort Inn. They were also very kind about accommodating our request to switch from a king bed to two queens. Thanks again, lovely!

The room was nice, clean, and affordable, and it came with the usual complimentary breakfast. The staff were friendly. I’d recommend it to anyone travelling in the area.

The breakfast experience was especially frustrating. There was only one steam table split into three small sections for eggs, beans, and sausages, and guests were left waiting with empty plates for refills that could take at least 20 minutes. The waffle batter ran out too and took another 20 minutes to come back. It seemed short-staffed, and you’d be better off eating elsewhere. The hallway and room smelled like mold, and everything felt very outdated. I’ve stayed at other three-star hotels this past week, and this one would be in my bottom two. Save your money and stay somewhere else, or, if you can sleep in your vehicle, get a ready-to-eat breakfast nearby. There are plenty of food places in the area that won’t leave you disappointed like this hotel.

Breakfast was just okay, not great, though there are plenty of nearby places to eat in the morning. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were friendly, the location was good, and the beds were comfortable. There was plenty of hot water, and the tub and shower were spacious and very nice. Our room had a bit of a smell, but was otherwise fine. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.
