Good Knight Inn

We liked the beds a lot, and the place was clean and tidy. It was one of the cheaper options in lloyd, and we didn’t need a credit card to book. Our only downside was that the door didn’t seal properly, so we could hear all the highway traffic. Otherwise, it was awesome, and we’ll definitely stay again.

It’s inexpensive and quiet, and the staff are friendly. I enjoy staying here, and it’s nice that they have smoking rooms too.

The bed collapsed in the middle of the night, and the place stank when I first got in. It needs febreze. Trashy guests and the owners left me with a sour taste. There was plenty of hot water, at least, but it was overpriced and didn’t deliver.

The only thing keeping me from giving this place five stars is the Wi-Fi. I’ve stayed several times and never been disappointed with the cleanliness. Some rooms have laminate floors, which brighten things up a bit, and if there is a cleanliness problem, bring it to the front desk and they’ll sort it out almost instantly. The staff, from reception to the cleaners, are a pleasure. It’s a motel, they’re basically all the same, but I’ll happily stay here every time I’m in lloydminster. Can’t get enough of the nice people.
