Best Western London Airport Inn & Suites

Breakfast was fresh, well stocked, and had plenty to choose from: eggs, sausages, potatoes, waffles, pancakes, cereal, pastries, bagels, fruit, and drinks. We also enjoyed the indoor pool, which was warm and never felt crowded, even with other families there. The deepest part was about five feet, just right for our kids, especially with the cold weather outside. Our family of four had plenty of room. The room was clean and spacious, and the bathroom was spotless and well stocked. The shower faucet had a slight problem, so the water wasn't as hot as we wanted, though it didn't affect our stay much. There was also a small issue with the room lock, but staff fixed it right away. They were welcoming from the start, made check-in easy, and were courteous throughout. Check-out was quick too. We'd come back and recommend the Best Western London Airport Hotel to families looking for a convenient, comfortable stay.

The pool was warm and quiet, and breakfast had plenty of choices, including pastries, eggs, sausage, beans, breads, pancakes, waffles, juice, and coffee. There was lots of parking and amenities nearby. The rooms were clean, spacious, and everything worked well. We were greeted with a smile, and all the staff we met were friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend it.

My room was clean and at the back of the building, at the end of the hall, so there wasn't much noise from other guests. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The whole stay went smoothly, including my online requests being accommodated. Raychelle was friendly and helpful when I checked in.

It was much nicer than I expected, and you can tell they renovate when needed. The staff were great, from the front desk to the breakfast team. If I had to find something to complain about, the beds are too high. Definitely recommend.
