The little extras at Hotel Metro made the stay feel thoughtful. My wife was happy to find makeup wipes, bathrobes and a Keurig, and when we asked for drinking glasses, the desk clerk brought wine glasses and a bucket of ice straight to our room. Our loft was roomy and had a nice modern feel. It did get a bit chilly sometimes, but that wasn't a deal breaker. We had a terrific stay and would gladly book Hotel Metro again.

For my next London stay, this will be my first choice. It's a lovely boutique hotel, with a large, comfortable, well furnished room, and an easy walk to plenty of restaurants, shops and the market.

We had a really comfortable family stay. Sabin noticed we had a baby and offered a cot and small heater, then set them up quickly and brought extra bath linens. Such a great place, and Sabin was a sweetheart. Definitely recommended!

The king room on the fourth floor was clean and nice, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. A few little things were awkward: there was some noise, maybe from the HVAC, that could bother some people, and the lighting and switch locations were strange. The room also felt dark, with no windows facing the street. I gave up trying to work out the TV remote well enough to get cable channels.

Canada life place is only a minute away, so the location worked great for game nights. The staff were warm, professional and quick to help. Shammron made check-in welcoming, and a special thanks to Sabin for helping clean up after I made a mess.
