The road and neighbors were noisy, and the room smelled damp. I was charged for a queen bed but got a double. Sleazy motel.

It's an old place, but cozy and clean. My room was clean and really quiet, just what I needed after a tiring drive. At reception they got me the keys in about two minutes, which was great. It isn't as bad a motel as the review above makes it sound. I'd recommend it.

The mattress on our bed wasn't very comfortable, and the room wasn't all that clean. The carpets didn't look vacuumed, unless they had been and the vacuum just wasn't plugged in. The coffee maker clearly hadn't been washed in a long time, and there were lots of little hairs on the pullout sofa sheets. I took those off and put one of my own blankets on the mattress for my daughter. I like staying at places like this, but this is the first one I can honestly say we won't return to.

The room was small, but clean, and everything else was fine. Outside light came through the blinds, and cold air blew in through the floor vents, chilling the whole room and waking me up. I assume they're for ventilation, but there must be some way to close them.

Clean, quiet, and handy, this simple motel had everything you'd need. The staff were very nice.
