Moon Dance Perch

The Perch felt like being in a tree house, and it was modern, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It's close to hiking trails and beaches. We've stayed at the cabin before and loved it too, another gem with oceanfront access. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and will be back.

Kathleen was so kind and welcoming to deal with. The cabin was super cozy, and my partner and I had a wonderful, really relaxing stay this past weekend. 10/10, we'll visit again when the snow's gone. My only small wish was Bluetooth for the in-house stereo system. That's a minor nitpick, though. Everything else was perfect! Edit: the in-house stereo system is great, it just needs a receiver with Bluetooth connectivity.

I stayed in the cabin a couple of weeks ago and can't stop thinking about it. It was immaculate and had everything I needed. I didn't see or get bothered by anyone during my stay. Kathleen, the property manager, was kind and quick to get back to me. I'll 100% come back, hopefully for longer next time! The weather was so unusual while I was there. One evening's thunderstorm was incredible. Soaking in the beautiful tub, listening to rain hit different things, hearing frogs and ducks in the distance, and seeing nothing but darkness felt surreal.

We loved how quiet it was, with only the birds to hear. The Perch sits among the trees, with no other house in sight or earshot. From the deck there's a peek-a-boo view of Oyster Bay, plus lovely landscaping and woods. Inside, the furnishings are lovely and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. We spent four nights and enjoyed every minute. You're near a grocery store in Madeira Park, as well as beaches and lovely lakes. The hosts were helpful and replied quickly. Completely delightful, highly recommended.
