A cozy, convenient B&B, and Simon is a wonderful host. Dinner at downtown restaurants is an easy walk away. Breakfast was spectacular, though I won’t remember every part of it: it started with a little French toast, berries, and cream, not too sweet, plus fresh coffee. Then came toast with candied bacon, asparagus, fingerling potatoes, a poached egg, and arugula. After all that, Simon even cleared the light overnight snow off our car!

The location is phenomenal, just steps from the main street. Simon, the owner, was very hospitable and passionate about his work, and gave us great service. Our room was clean and well maintained, and the included breakfast was delicious. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend La Maison de Ville.

Magog is easy to explore on foot from La Maison de Ville, and we had a wonderful stay there. Simon was a lovely host, and the breakfasts he made were fantastic. I’d highly recommend staying here.
