Murphy Brown was such a sweetheart, and he looked like he was smiling whenever we returned to the B&B. We loved getting to spend time with Cathy's dog. This was our favorite stop on our trip out East. The home is beautiful, warm, and inviting, and Cathy is a wonderful person with a fantastic personality. Her cooking is outstanding too. We highly recommend it and will definitely come back. Thank you, Cathy, and please give Murphy Brown some love from us. 😀

Cathy makes delicious breakfasts every morning and is happy to suggest things to do and places to visit during your stay. She's an exceptionally warm, welcoming host, and Murphy, the resident labrador, is a calm, happy pup who makes guests feel at home. The rooms are comfortable, with thoughtful touches that give them a homey feel, and the location is fantastic. If you're visiting Mahone Bay, this is a perfect base. I highly recommend booking the Captain’s Quarters!

Cathy is an awesome host. She makes a great breakfast and helps you plan your day. The place is clean, inexpensive, and in a beautiful town, just 15 mins from Lunenberg. We loved our stay. A no-brainer!

Even though I was the only guest, Cathy made me feel like family with her food and lovely conversation. The B&B is well located for walking to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend it!
