I was struck by how much care seems to have gone into this hotel. It's amazing, with so many great things about it, and it's been fixed up a lot.

I paid over $500 a week for a room and ended up dealing with bedbugs that I did not bring in. They were already there. When I raised it, staff said I would have to sleep somewhere else while they dealt with them. They offered neither another room nor a refund. The bugs were still there, so I left right away and insisted on a different room. The staff were rude and acted like I was at fault for inconveniencing them. A terrible stay, this place was a dump.

I'd rather sleep outside than stay here.
