Connie and Chuck made us feel welcome and were easy to talk to, as well as helpful. This is a very charming B&B, and I'd highly recommend staying here.

We wished we could've stayed longer after our two nights during Celtic Colours. The hosts were so welcoming and gave us useful directions and advice. We also appreciated how flexible they were about our comings and goings for concerts around the area. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.

I really hate leaving a bad review, especially for a local place. I believe in supporting local businesses and putting money back into the community, which is why I booked here in the first place. It also said pet friendly on the website, and my dog is my little shadow who comes everywhere with me. I booked a double room for my Mom and me, with my dog, and told the woman who called that I was happy to pay extra for the larger beds. She said I shouldn't need double beds and should take a twin room instead. When I mentioned the dog, she told me, “we are pet friendly but not in the rooms so your dog will have to sleep in the car.” She then said, “it’s probably a good idea to find somewhere else to stay and we’ll cancel your reservation for you.” After that conversation with management, I don't consider them pet friendly at all and wouldn't recommend staying there.

The four of us had a fantastic stay. Breakfast was included and the prices were great. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating, and the place brought back memories of growing up with my Grandparents. We're already talking about coming back.
