McBride is a small town in a beautiful location, though it may not be a typical tourist destination unless you’re going heli-skiing or snowmobiling. This is a great little hotel, with very clean rooms, comfy beds and nice amenities. A good stopover if you’re heading north.

We came for the sledding at Lucille Mountain, just minutes from the hotel, and there was plenty of parking for our truck and sled trailer. The gas stations are close too. Our single queen room had everything we needed: a Roku TV, Keurig coffee maker, WiFi, tub and shower, hair dryer, mini fridge and boot dryer. It’s cozy, tucked just off the highway and very quiet. Everyone was polite and friendly, and the clean, welcoming room was a relief after a long drive. We had a great stay and will be back!

The owners were so hospitable and went out of their way to help us whenever we needed anything. Every morning we appreciated the coffee, breakfast treat and chocolates. The Raven’s Nest Hotel was immaculate, with very comfortable beds and quiet nights, so sleeping was no problem. I’d give the owners a ten if I could. We highly recommend The Raven’s Nest hotel as the best place to stay in McBride, and we’ll certainly come back on our next trip.

They accommodated our very last minute request to check in a little early without hesitation, and even held the door while we brought our luggage in. The service was friendly, the room was clean and free of odors, and the price was very competitive. Excellent in every way. If I could, I’d give Raven's Nest 6 stars out of 5.

A very nice little hotel, with beautiful rooms, furniture and decor. The service was excellent, and I’d stay again when passing through McBride. One thing that could be clearer is the front entrance location, since it’s BEHIND the Travel Lodge.
