The owner was friendly, accommodating, and efficient, and made sure our room let us park the bike right outside the door. We stayed twice, on the way to and from BC, and the location worked perfectly for our stop. The room was very clean and had what you'd expect from a motel of this kind. After long, hard days on the bike, the beds and pillows were just right for a good night's sleep. Three stars since it's obviously not a five-star place.

We've stayed at Pals Motel before and like it. Our family was there for three nights, September 5-7, 2023. The rooms were clean, and the family who owns it were professional and nice. It's centrally located for getting around Medicine Hat, and we look forward to coming back. Bring earplugs, though, since it's beside a highway and across from the airport.

A very nice stay. The room was clean and easy to get to, and check-in and checkout were simple. We accidentally left our Chromecast behind, but when we called, they mailed it to us. Thanks so much. We'll stay again next time we're in Medicine Hat.

I've stayed here three times because I need a good deal, and the room has been as clean as you could hope for in an older hotel. The owner and his son are always kind and accommodating, even when I arrive after midnight. There's free Wi-Fi and parking with plug-ins, which matter in -20 weather that feels like -30. For the price, the cleanliness is hard to beat, and I honestly think you get more than you pay for.

I stayed there a month ago and thought I might have left some clothes in the room. When I called to ask if they'd found anything, they hung up before I could finish, saying they weren't interested. I called again in case there'd been a connection problem, and they hung up without speaking again. Very disrespectful and unprofessional staff.
