Don't stay here. I was stuck for the month I'd paid for, and the owner Bob knew about the mice but didn't refund or discount anything or seem to care. Droppings kept appearing while I was at work, and I had to clean them up myself. They were on the beds, floors, and in cupboards. Mice chewed up my new carhardtt lung bag, and I could hear them scratching and squeaking in the walls at night. It was hell. I only found out what was going on after googling the sounds and looking around for the droppings. The place is filthy and delapitated, with open seals that haven't been fixed. I think rodents were getting in through a hole in the wall that someone had stuffed with cloth. I don't know how this place hasn't been shut down. It still has the same drifters occupying rooms from years ago, when I stayed here during shut downs in this city.

The other guests were friendly and seemed to have settled in for good. Maybe this motel is part of The Hat's zero-homeless initiative? It's on some very busy streets and corners. They seem to be working on improvements, and there was plenty we liked: the room was 4x bigger than our RV, clean, with new carpets, cupboards, tub, and vanity. Our house horses, the one-year-old Golden doodles, were welcome for extra fees. Breakfast was included, and we could use the pool at Econo Lodge. Still lots to fix. The shower head, lamp, phone 🤪😳😄, faucets, and appliances were old. There were no screens on the windows, and the air conditioner was very noisy. When we arrived, the wifi didn't work; one room had no toilet paper or towels for 3 adults across 2 rooms. The TV remote had no batteries, there was no phone, and the keys stopped working after working at first.

We slept well in a clean, newly renovated room. Great place to stay while passing through, and we'll definitely be back. Keep up the good work and renovations!

We paid 59$ cad, with taxes and breakfest included. The motel was clean, and the breakfest was bigger and better than expected. The pool looked easy to get to and clean, though we didn't use it. A good place to rest. Nothing's perfect, so that's why I left off a star.

I haven't stayed there myself, so I don't know much about the services, but I know it's good because a friend stayed there. I'd be happy to stay if I needed to.
