Hampton Inn Midland, On

The breakfast area is really bright and cheerful, and we liked having more choices than at some other Hampton Inns we've stayed in. The newer Hampton Inn has nice rooms and very comfortable beds. Staff at the front desk were friendly, and the location is close to everything you need. We only wished there were a hot tub. We had a great stay, will be back, and would recommend it.

The room was not cleaned the next day either, and when I raised it again at checkout, the response was basically a shrug. I stayed four nights, and after the second night I noticed housekeeping hadn't come. The front desk confirmed it should have been cleaned and said it would happen the following day, but it didn't. I've stayed at this Hampton Inn several times. The location is good, the rates are fair, the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are fairly spacious. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. The hotel offers housekeeping every other night. For my next visit to Midland, I'll look at other options.

The staff were courteous and professional from top to bottom. I also had the pleasure of meeting the manager, and Holly greeted us warmly and was very helpful throughout our stay. The security guard was polite and professional when speaking with some kids gathered on our floor, and they were courteous back. It was a hockey weekend and the hotel was full, with lots of kids around. After a day of hockey, about 20 parents chatted happily in the lobby from around 8:30-10:30 p.m. Parents everywhere seemed to be smiling and enjoying themselves. The whole town was booked, and we couldn't have been happier with the Hampton Inn. It's an absolutely gorgeous hotel, with a beautiful room, king bed, and superb decor. The bed was perfect for my back arthritis. Everything was super clean, and the modern amenities and decor carry throughout the building and rooms. We stayed overnight on Saturday, Sept. 21, 2025, and we're looking forward to returning in December 2025. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and highly recommend it. Thank you!

We stayed for the last three nights with family and had a really enjoyable time. Elia prepared breakfast every morning and was such a sweetie, so genuine and deserving of a raise!! Coffee, tea, and hot water were available around the clock, which was handy. I loved working out in the beautiful fitness room, and the pool was spotless too. The staff clearly take good care of the building. Everyone was kind and friendly, and it was a 10/10 stay.
