Construction started right above our room while we were trying to rest before heading back to the airport. The concrete chipping went on for hours. We called the front desk to ask if it could be quieted until checkout, but the noise just kept going. With the focus seeming to be on renovations and the hotel's appearance, the staff didn't seem to care about our experience, and only one person was helpful. We were stuck there because Air Canada changed our flight after maintenance issues with the plane caused delays. Our luggage was missing due to the change, so we tried to use the guest laundry to get clean clothes for the rest of the trip home. The machines didn't work properly, left detergent stains on our clothes, and then they started removing the only machine that was partly working before we could finish. The one helpful staff member called the Fairfield next door, and they let us use their laundry. Fairfield's staff were much more accommodating to people who weren't even staying there. We'd hoped the familiar Hampton Inn name might be a bright spot during a bad travel day. It made things worse instead. I won't stay at this Hampton Inn again. Honestly, I'd take my chances at some dive hotel.

The beds were really comfortable, and both check-in and checkout were easy. The shuttle to the airport was efficient and on time. It's a great spot for an overnight before an early flight, and I'd stay here again.

The room was huge, clean, and tidy, with everything we needed and a very big TV. The desk staff were lovely, and check-in was easy. We didn't leave our car for a long stay, but my husband could drop me and our luggage off, with 30 minutes of free parking to help bring everything inside. We booked the free shuttle with the front desk at check-in for 3 a.m. It took about five minutes to reach our terminal, and then we were off on vacation. I'd stay here again.

I used the hotel for a park, sleep, and fly stay before my holiday. It was easy to find with GPS and close to the airport. Check-in was simple, and the employees were very kind. The shuttle picked me up at the hotel door and dropped me at the Air Canada terminal entrance. When I got back, I called to check that the shuttle was running every half hour. It was, and they told me to go to post F3 since I was returning with Air Canada. I followed the airport signs for hotel shuttles and spotted it just in time, so I ran to catch it. Felt like my own movie, LOL. The ride back took only a few minutes. At the hotel I picked up my parking ticket, checked with the front desk, and they explained what to do. Easy peasy. I'd definitely come back for park, sleep, and fly.

We arrived after a long day of travel, checked in around 1:40 a.m., and were settled by about 3. Then hammering and sawing started around us and woke us up. Nobody warned us about the construction, either when I booked by phone or at the front desk. We didn't get the restful stay we needed. When I contacted customer service, they said we should have read the signs, but there weren't any. I can't get a refund, so I'd tell people to book somewhere else.
