The shared kitchen has plenty of dishes, and there’s a sitting room too. Breakfast is basic but does the job, with things like toast, cereal, coffee, and oatmeal. The owner was kind and very flexible, and the whole B&B was immaculately clean. Beds were comfortable. There are two shared bathrooms for five or six rooms, and one has a washer and dryer. No TV in the room, though the Wi-Fi was really good. I’d definitely come back.

We had the twin room so we could have a private bathroom, but she upgraded us to a queen bed. The owner was lovely, and you can tell she truly cares about her guests. The place was spotless, and breakfast was amazing, made with quality ingredients.

The breakfast felt really luxurious, and the friendly staff were around whenever anything was needed. My mattress was very comfortable, and there’s free Wi-Fi. Everything looked brand new and was spik 'n span. Such a great stay, probably the best hotel experience I’ve had.

Roxanne is a wonderful person, inside and out, and the food was great. You’re free to cook for yourself if you want. The place smelled so good, and it’s peaceful and amazing. Gite Zazen would be a lovely spot for a quiet vacation, especially if you meditate.

I’ve saved this place for my next time in Mon-Laurier. The owner welcomed me like family and was so kind. For one or two people, I’d say it’s the best place to stay.
