Sunset Suites

We had to wait about 3 hours for the apartment after arriving, and parking was tricky. The building itself is very old and outdated. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the website photos didn't show what the apartment was actually like. I'd ask to see photos of the specific unit before booking so your expectations match what you get.

Getting downtown takes a while, so I'd stay here only if you have a rental car or know the public transit system well. It's convenient to the airport, though. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very nice, even if the online pictures may be a little flattering, which is pretty common with promo photos. We were initially a bit apprehensive because the areas outside the rooms are overdue for attention. The manager was friendly and helpful, and we were very happy with our stay.

The management and staff made my three-month stay a pleasure. They were always friendly and accommodating, and went out of their way to address any concerns. My apartment was quiet, clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished, with everything I needed to feel at home. There are grocery stores and a nice shopping mall just minutes away. Thanks to Maya and the staff. If I'm back in Montreal, I'll definitely stay again.

I felt safe and at home at SUNSET SUITES MONTREAL, especially with the warm staff. Ms. Maya, the General Manager, was kind, cooperative, and attentive to my comfort and my family's. After I left some belongings behind, Miss Maya kindly paid to send them to ONTARIO. The rooms were very suitable, with luxurious furnishings, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and impressive cleanliness.
