Motel Bel-Eau

The only issue was the parking lot: a spot is painted as accessible parking, but it isn’t. That marking really needs to be painted over. Otherwise, I’d have given five stars. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room had thoughtful touches, and everything was very clean. I especially appreciated the glass and china instead of tacky plastic. Everything is within walking distance.

We were just passing through for a night, and this was a great place to stay. The price was good, the bed very comfortable, and the room had everything for a longer visit, including a well-stocked kitchenette with a larger fridge and freezer. It was clean and quiet despite being on Main Street. Restaurants for dinner and breakfast are close by, along with cute little shops along the street. I’d recommend it for a quick stop or a longer stay. Thanks!

After a visit to Omega Park, my family and I stayed here for one night and were pleasantly impressed. The place was very clean and quiet, and the service was excellent. We had a great experience and will definitely come back!

We were driving to the hotel from quite far away and got delayed by unexpected traffic accidents on the 401 near Toronto. I called as a courtesy to let them know we’d arrive late, but was told reception would be closed and we should find another hotel while I was stuck on the highway. If you’re coming from a distance and might be delayed, don’t count on them. There was no offer of even a partial refund. They said staff like to go home after a certain time, so we had to find somewhere else while still being charged in full.
