Your car may get stolen here. Our Toyota was taken while we were away on our trip, and the hotel did nothing useful to help us. They acted like they were calling the police, so we waited an hour, but no officers came. We eventually realized the call had never been made. The parking cameras don’t work, and the anti theft lock didn’t stop the car from being stolen. Don’t stay here. The hotel seems involved in the theft and doesn’t care about guests.

We left the car in the park n fly lot for a week after staying one night, and parking was easy. A shuttle was available to take us to the airport. When we got back, the battery had died. The night attendant at the front desk was friendly and really helpful, offering ways to get it boosted when we were already exhausted from the trip. That saved us a lot of stress. I forgot to ask his name.

Our Honda CR-V 2021 was stolen from the Armon plaza Montreal Aeroport hotel parking lot during our stay on July 21st /22nd 2025. It had very low mileage and was in excellent condition. The manager was dismissive and uncooperative when we needed help, and the hotel offered neither a refund nor any compensation as a courtesy after what happened. This was extremely distressing and disappointing. If negative ratings were possible, I’d give one. The car had been parked right in front of the hotel, where it could be seen from the lobby and reception. When we asked to see the surveillance footage, the manager said he couldn’t access it, that a third party controlled it, and that only police could view it. Yet the footage was accessible at reception and was later shown to police. He also said, “What will you see? It’s not clear at night,” which made the situation feel suspicious. I’m not sure why he kept changing his statements. We asked him to contact the owners of the cars parked beside ours in case their dashcams had captured anything, but he refused. His lack of concern made it seem as if we’d lost a blank sheet of paper, not a vehicle. When I asked reception staff for the names of the night shift security and manager, he rushed out of his office and scolded the receptionist for trying to give me the information. That was very unprofessional and disrespectful. The paperwork was all in French, and they had no English copy when we requested one. The manager’s conduct felt highly unprofessional, unhelpful, and suspicious. For your safety and peace of mind, I strongly advise avoiding this hotel and taking every precaution to protect your vehicle from theft.

The restaurant service was excellent, and we had fun on the water slide. Our room was very clean too. We stayed one night, had a great time, and would definitely return on our next trip ✔️
