McGill University is just a five-minute walk away, and you’re also close to the foot of Mount Royal and some of Montreal’s best-known food spots. We got there around 9 to 9:30 even though check-in was at 11, and the hostess kindly let us have the room right away. She was polite and accommodating. The room has a lovely old architectural feel, with wooden windowsills and venetian blinds.
We felt very welcome here. The place was clean, family friendly, and the home-cooked breakfast was great.
The internet connection worked well. I do wish there had been tea bags, coffee, and sugar in the cupboard.
The hostess was friendly, and the rooms were comfortable. It’s in a good location too.
Really enjoying my stay here. It’s an excellent place.
