The apartment was really clean, and the owner was friendly and dependable whenever we needed him. It’s right by Place des festivals downtown, with the subway across the street. The rooftop terrace has an amazing view. I highly recommend staying here.
You can even have groceries delivered to you, or “Livraison.” I’ve stayed at several places, and this is the best. It’s right downtown by the festivals and next to the metro, the underground subway system. My favorite place in my favorite city in North America.
Really disappointing. The space is tiny, whatever size you rent, and there’s a very strong smell throughout the building. Once you’re inside, they stop replying to emails. The wifi is bad and it’s very noisy.
For the price range, the apartments are generally good. John hosted my studio, and I liked the place.
