Warwick Le Crystal - Montréal

The pool and gym were highlights for us, and our room was clean and comfortable, a nice place to unwind after being out all day. Staff looked after us attentively throughout the trip. The Warwick is also in a very convenient spot for exploring the city, close to everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better holiday and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run stay in Montreal.

The hot tub being closed was a real letdown, especially since it was one of the reasons we booked. The first photo on Google shows the view and hot tub, but there was no mention that the facilities were closed. Please make that clearer somewhere, or at least don’t make the hot tub so prominent. It’s a lovely place, but I wouldn’t come for a relaxing spa stay in these circumstances. The reception staff were fantastic and the valet team was lovely. Louisianna, Ekatarina, Antoine, and Harry were such a nice group, and we had a great stay otherwise. The location was great too.

Staff were very friendly, and the hotel felt safe. We got a room upgrade, probably because we were there three weekdays, and the location was convenient. We didn’t use the amenities. For parking the whole stay, the lot two blocks away worked well and was quite cheap compared with the hotel valet. There was also a great Mexican restaurant around the corner with tasty, affordable tacos.

We came from Zurich to spend Christmas with my family, and after the long flight we were exhausted. Our room and everything else were ready when we arrived. The welcome from everyone was warm, from the front desk and doorman to valet, the pool attendant, and the cleaning staff, who always kept the rooms in perfect shape. All their hard work was noticed and appreciated. The small thoughtful touches made us happy, and the whole stay felt dreamy, comfortable, and stress free. The hotel was discreet too, so we could gather with family in the comfortable lobby without bothering anyone or being disturbed. It really felt like a home away from home, and we’re looking forward to coming back. Merci! Next time we’ll bring chocolate for the team. Cheers from Switzerland!
