The location is the one good thing about this place, and the only reason I give it one star. I lived here for a year and it was absolutely horrible. The building was very old and badly maintained. The elevator went out repeatedly, probably every two months, and each repair took three weeks. The building washers and dryers broke several times, and once my clothes got stuck inside. In my unit, the power went out on multiple occasions. The landlord could take a couple of days just to come reset the breaker, and tenants weren't allowed to reach the floor-level breakers themselves. Near the end of my stay, there were leaks and roaches, too. Security was terrible. Someone tampered with my door and broke the lock. I also lost several Amazon packages, and even belongings I'd left outside the door were gone after I stepped away for just five minutes while moving out. The landlord's office was almost never open and quite openly wouldn't answer emails. The property manager rarely replied to messages, and apparently nothing was important enough for him to come by. They are THE WORST.
