Unique Stays - 3690 St-Denis

I've stayed with Unique Stays in Montreal nearly six times now, and keep coming back despite all the city's options. This visit was at "The Bohemian". What keeps me returning is the excellent customer service, which really sets Unique Stays apart, along with the location. It's hard to beat for walking, restaurants, and other services. The property itself has upscale furnishings and amenities, a modern, clean feel, and the owners had it spotless.

Staying at “The Gatsby” was just perfect for me. The location made it easy to get everywhere on foot, with the metro, shops, and restaurants all a short walk away. I brought my car and found the public paid parking right across the street easy to use and affordable. The building was clean, and my unit was comfortable, beautifully decorated, and clean as well. I especially loved the rooftop terrace. The host and management team were friendly, accommodating, and excellent to communicate with. I wish I could stay there forever!

This was our third time at the Plateau property from Unique Stays, and we've tried a different room on each visit. We like the relaxed, colorful feel of the neighborhood, even at our age, over 70. The Vieux Port is quaint, but the Plateau is a bit funky, with plenty to look at. Montreal is easy to explore on foot, whether you're heading downtown or into other neighborhoods. The location is convenient for all sorts of outings: Metro is one block away, Square St. Louis is right there, Parc de la Fontaine is four blocks off, and Mont Royal is close. St. Denis has hundreds of restaurants and cafes, plus bookstores and more. The boulangerie is only two doors away. Our flats have been spacious, secure, and well equipped, with very comfortable beds. They're surprisingly quiet given the busy street, and there are lovely terraces when the weather cooperates. This time the front door was a little hard to open, and the third-floor unit meant plenty of stairs, but it was worth it. We worked off the pastries by climbing them. We'll be back for a fourth stay soon!

We stayed in the Plateau, and the apartment was excellent. The host and team were the best I've ever had in all my rentals, hands down. There were multiple terraces, perfect for relaxing in the evening and taking in the city views. We'll stay again.
