Motel Beausejour

The location was great, and the food was really good. The beds were super comfortable, and the rooms were roomy and clean. They did smell a little musty, though, so it might not be the best choice if you have allergies. The bathtub was deep and nice.

The room had been renovated, with no carpet, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly, and the restaurant was great. My main issue was the room smelled like an ashtray. I bought air freshener, but it didn't help. I also couldn't book online. The site showed no rooms available even though most seemed unbooked. The motel told me to try online again when I called, but I got the same result, so I called back and booked over the phone.

The restaurant served fantastic food, and the room was clean and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable with nice linens, and the bathroom was very large. My only complaint is that everything nearby closes at 9 pm. After that, Tim Horton's is the only option around Neguac.

The bathroom was huge, with a really large soaker tub, and the bed pillows were comfortable. But the carpets in the room smelled dingy, and I wouldn't stay here again. It was a frustrating night, and the place needs a serious upgrade. There were several hassles. A mouse ran along the outside of the doors, apparently trying to get in, and the TV was broken. We ordered breakfast to take back to our room, but there's no room service, so I had to pick it up myself. There were no signs showing where to go, and when I got back, they hadn't included cutlery. Paying was confusing too. There were about five doors, all leading to the restaurant, and nothing said where to pay for the room. I was told to use the same cash as restaurant customers, so I had to wait behind a long line of people who'd just finished their meal.
