Waking up to the lake and surrounding mountains was the best feeling, and the lake view is awesome. I stayed for two nights and was glad I chose this hotel. It has a gym, convention facilities, restaurant, coffee shop, and room service. The beds were really comfortable, and the service was great throughout my stay.

Prestige is lovely to stay at in Nelson. The lake and mountain views are absolutely stunning, the room was clean, and the whole property is well maintained. There’s a pool, 24-hour fitness room, and two on-site restaurants, so it has a lot to offer.

The room was spacious, cozy, and well stocked, and the staff really paid attention to detail. I was there for the first time and found it a great choice for a holiday or business trip. There’s great coffee, tasty meals, evening beers with sports or music, and a lovely view across the lake. The room walls could do a better job of blocking sound at night. Otherwise, highly recommend!

The view from our room was lovely to wake up to, and the place was clean and well maintained. It’s near downtown but away from the crowds, especially in winter, and there’s a nice trail between the resort and the lake for a short stroll. The exercise room and pool were both above average. We skipped the restaurant since there are better choices just a few minutes away. One night the AC cover kept breaking off when we tried in vain to push it back in. There was no maintenance on site, but the front desk girl came up and taped it until it could be fixed later. On our second night the hotel was busier, and I could clearly hear the filthy language from the next-door guest. The room doesn’t block sound well, so light sleepers should know that.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the gym was well equipped. Right on the lake, it’s a beautiful spot. The rooms were comfortable, with easy patio access to a fenced green area where we could take our dog out.
