Villa Motel

Our room had a lovely view and was a decent size, with clean sheets, which is always a big concern for me at hotels. The location was good, and the front desk staff were very helpful. We called for a few items and they brought them right away. A great experience, and I definitely recommend it.

I came back after staying here last year, and that says a lot. The price was reasonable and the rest was awesome. The cheerful guy at the desk remembered me, though sorry, I can’t remember his name. Such a welcoming start. He was polite, courteous, and professional. My room was clean, the bedding was good, and I could choose between a firm or soft pillow. Made my short getaway even better. It’s not flashy, but I’ll be back!

The room had been nicely updated and was really clean. The owner even came up with an extra blanket for our kid, which was very kind. Karla answered all our questions with a big smile. We had a great stay for the night and would come back if we're in the area again.

The room had a funky smell, and the bathtub was dirty. The bathroom also didn't look like the pictures, though they did bring up a hairdryer when I asked since there wasn't one in the room. I tried to check out early and was told I'd still be charged. When I went to change my card before checking out, they'd already charged it. I've never had that happen before, usually there's just an authorization until checkout. The grounds were a mess too, with weeds and a run-down room or home across from the lobby. Nothing to brag about. Wouldn't recommend it.
