We keep coming back to Stirling Suites whenever we’re in Nelson. It feels more like a cared-for apartment than a standard hotel, with spotless, comfortable rooms and a thoughtful layout. The beds make for a good night’s sleep. Downtown, restaurants, and coffee shops are an easy walk away, parking is simple, and having laundry on site is a big help. The owners communicate smoothly and have always been great. We plan to stay here on future trips too.

Our third-floor suite had a lake view and balcony, plus just about everything we needed to feel at home. The owners were wonderful and quick to answer questions, and they let us check in early when we arrived ahead of schedule. The suite was spotless, with lovely finishes and tasteful decor. Comfortable mattress, pillows, and bedding, blackout blinds throughout, and separate thermostats for the bedroom, living room, and bathroom. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance.

My partner and I had such a good first trip to Nelson while staying at the Stirling. The room was spacious and beautiful, and the location put plenty of restaurants and coffee shops close by. Highly recommend. Thanks, Marika & Elon!

Marika messaged us on arrival day to say we could check in early and sent clear directions for parking and getting into the building. We also ran into Elon, who was really friendly and shared lots of local tips. The room was bright and clean, with a balcony facing the river, and we enjoyed the tasty local coffee in the morning. Everything was nearby, too. We stayed two nights and would absolutely come back and recommend it to everyone.

We booked the Garden suite for two nights and would gladly stay again. It was very clean, spacious, and had a kitchenette stocked with lovely tea and coffee. The location made it easy to walk into Nelson’s main shopping and restaurant area. Even my husband commented on how clean it was. I’d recommend it to others.
