Anna's Bed & Breakfast

I wasn’t going to leave a bad review, but the way this was handled made me push back. The host now says I never arrived, even though I went there at the stated check-in time, found a locked, dark building, and got no reply to my calls or texts. I waited until 4:00. More than 1.5 hours later, a message finally came with instructions for entering. By then, I’d booked a nearby Hotel instead. The host’s mix-up inconvenienced me, but telling booking.com that I was a no-show is inexcusable. I can only guess there’s been a recent ownership change, which might explain the high ratings. Just admit you forgot I was coming, as that’s exactly what happened. I would have accepted an apology.

The owners even called to let me know we’d left an item behind, which was very helpful. I had an excellent stay at Anna's bed and breakfast this weekend (June 1). Communication was great, check-in and parking were easy, and breakfast was excellent. 5 stars.

My son and I stayed here for a while, and I wanted to say thank you, even if it’s a bit late. The place was incredibly clean, the breakfast was generous and healthy, and the other guests were quiet and respectful. I had quite a lot of luggage, and you kindly made room for it and stored food that needed refrigeration. I appreciated that so much. I still clearly remember the host diligently cleaning after we checked out.

The place was small but cute and cozy, just what we needed, and the rooms were great quality for a low price. The falls are less than 10 minutes away, with some restaurants nearby. The woman making breakfast was so sweet and kind, and was accommodating about our dietary restrictions. I’d definitely stay again.
