For the $300 we spent, I think there are better hotels. The king bed and spa bath we paid extra for were great, and the front desk was generous with extra towels. But there was no room service or turndown service, probably because of COVID, and the toilet took ages to refill. We had to flush three or four times. I’d give it three stars.

It wasn’t fancy, but it wasn’t dumpy either. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff we dealt with were quick, efficient, and friendly. Free Wi-Fi had a good signal and was reliable while I used it, though not fast. The bathroom fan was excessively loud. Parking cost extra, which was annoying but expected. We’d stay again.

We got a decent little hotel for the price of the Groupon. The rooms were a nice size and clean, and it was quiet at night so we slept well. The TVs had few channels, especially for kids, but we made do. The pool was an alright size, though fairly cold. It’s conveniently close to restaurants and the Outlet mall, and about a five-minute drive from Clifton Hill. My family and I would come back.

We had a good stay overall and would consider coming back, though a few details could be better. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. We had two dogs with us and had no trouble; our room opened straight onto the parking lot, which made walking them convenient. The sink being outside the bathroom was new to us, but didn’t bother us. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and well located, with some wear that didn’t affect use. Service was okay, not outstanding, and the room wasn’t cleaned during our two nights. Wi-Fi was down on day one, then worked after it was fixed, though slowly. We did manage to print tickets we’d bought online.
