Days Inn by Wyndham Fallsview

We’ll be back, though I almost don’t want to spread the word about this little gem. My wife and I stayed Saturday night for a show at the OLG Stage. Check-in was easy after booking online ahead of time, and we got a warm welcome. We were told we could park overnight at the casino for free. I’d read some critical reviews, but none of those issues matched our stay. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, the TV worked well, and the bathroom was clean. The shower had hot water and good pressure, and the furniture looked up to date. Staff were consistently helpful, friendly, and professional, with a special mention for Subha. We also got discount vouchers when we arrived and used one for 50% off breakfast at Applebee’s on Sunday. Much appreciated.

Our room was roomy and super clean. Check-in was quick, and Subha made us feel welcome with her friendly manner. The TV remote had no batteries, but we called the desk and a very nice, helpful gentleman brought replacements within ten minutes.

The location worked really well for us, close to the Falls and tourist areas. We only stayed one night, but had a great time. Our room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable. There’s also coffee in the lobby included in the price. The staff were kind and helpful, especially Gagardeep, who shared affordable Niagara activities and restaurant suggestions where our check-in vouchers could get us discounts.

I was here February 1 - 3 and enjoyed the stay. There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and the property is in a good spot. I’ve been to Days Inn (Centre St.) three times; this one is just as good, though it’s farther from the Falls themselves. Subha made check-in especially nice. She was professional, friendly, funny, and helped with a special request. I’ll be back and would recommend this Days Inn.
